- Tenderstem® Broccoli (80g)
- Parma Ham & Parmigiano Reggiano Filled Pasta (250g) (Contains wheat, egg, milk; may contain mustard, soya)
- Tomato Purée (30g)
- Chicken Stock Paste (10g)
- Sun-Dried Tomato Paste (25g)
- Grated Hard Italian Style Cheese (20g) (Contains milk, egg)
- Chilli Flakes (1 pinch)
- Wild Rocket (40g)
- Balsamic Glaze (12ml) (Contains sulphites)
- Serrano Ham (2 slices)

Step-by-Step Instructions
- Get Prepped: Boil a full kettle. Cut Tenderstem® broccoli into thirds. Pour the boiled water into a saucepan with ½ tsp salt and bring back to a boil.
- Cook the Pasta: Add the filled pasta and broccoli to the boiling water. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Meanwhile, heat a drizzle of oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add tomato purée and fry for 1-2 minutes.
- Make the Sauce: Add the chicken stock paste, sugar, and water. Simmer for 1-2 minutes, then reduce heat. Stir in the butter until melted. Drain the pasta and broccoli.
- Combine Everything: Gently mix the pasta, broccoli, sun-dried tomato paste, grated cheese, and chilli flakes (adjust to taste) into the sauce. Add a splash of water if needed.
- Garnish & Serve: Divide between bowls. Top with rocket and Serrano ham. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the dish.
Chef’s Tip
For a less spicy version, reduce the amount of chilli flakes or omit them entirely.
