  • Yellow Potatoes (350 g, quartered)
  • Red Onion (½, sliced for pickling)
  • Gala Apple (1, thinly sliced)
  • Dill (7 g, chopped)
  • Baby Spinach (56 g)
  • White Wine Vinegar (1 tbsp)
  • Whole Grain Mustard (1 tbsp)
  • Honey (1 sachet or tbsp)
  • Dill-Garlic Spice Blend (4 g)
Pantry Items:
  • Oil (1 tbsp)
  • Butter (1 tbsp)
  • Salt (¼ tsp)
  • Pepper (⅛ tsp)
Allergens: Contains salmon, mustard, milk, and sulphites.
Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook Potatoes

    • Boil potatoes in salted water for 10–12 minutes, until fork-tender.
    • Drain and set aside.
  2. Pickle Onions

    • In a small pot, simmer sliced onions with vinegar, half the honey, and a splash of water.
    • Once flavors meld, transfer onions and liquid to the fridge to cool.
  3. Cook Salmon

    • Pat salmon dry; season with salt, pepper, and Dill-Garlic Spice Blend.
    • Pan-sear skin-side down in 1 tbsp oil over medium heat for 4–5 minutes until skin is crispy.
    • Flip and cook another 3–4 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
    • Remove from heat; mix mustard with remaining honey and spread onto the salmon.
  4. Make Salad

Simply throw the fresh ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Apply any sauce/dressing you want! We recommend something light.
