Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prep & Roast Potatoes

    • Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
    • Rinse and cut yellow potatoes into 1-inch pieces.
    • Toss with 1 tbsp oil, salt, and pepper on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
    • Roast for 22-24 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden.
  2. Prep Vegetables

    • Core and dice green bell pepper into ½-inch pieces.
    • Dice tomato into ¼-inch pieces; season lightly.
    • Thinly slice green onion.
  3. Start Turkey

    • Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large non-stick pan over medium-high.
